Jining Hongkong Mansion

Very clean. Large, spacious rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. It had everything I needed and then some. The breakfast menu had several options and a good seating environment.

It is a best shopping mall, a hotel and multiplex movie theater where people come from even nearby cities. Most of brands are available at single place.

I have stayed at this property multiple times pre-covid. My previous stays were all very good. This stay fell well below previous stays. The check-in and check-out process was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and the counter was under staffe The rooms didn’t have A/C and was very hot. We were told that the A/C had been shut off for the season. This is expected in some lesser hotels but it’s not acceptable for a “5 star” hotel. The cleanliness of the room is below expectations for a Wanda property. Breakfast was very underwhelming. There’s a Starbucks next door so you’re probably better off there. The location is quite convenient with many dining options nearby. Overall, the low rating is a direct reflection on training and management.
