WRONG ADDRESS. It is actually located way upper on BinFang Ave. Find 'Jingang Tea House' and it's located around there. Despite of its cheap price, roooms are relatively neat. None of the staffs speaks English. Just remember that you get what you pay for.
The smell of smoke is strong and the cleanliness is not good, but the price is really attractive and the space is large
