The hotel is in the downtown right. The old municipal government is on the opposite site of the street. A cost-effective choice.
Overpriced average business style service apartments. Located relatively near the center of the city, with shopping mall and a couple of restaurants in the vicinity. Room fittings include desk, side table, double bed, wc (with washing machine) & a small kitchen. Internet speed is very slow. Breakfast is poor even for locals' expectations. Lobby personnel can only speak basic English. Not recommended.
