I have been staying here since 2012 whenever coming to Nantong. At first I was freaked out when they escorted me to my room. I soon realised it was part of their award winning service. I got sick once and the staff prepared a miracle soup for me. I was back at work the next day. They never revealed the secret recipe, understandably so. Spacious rooms, convenient location, English speaking staff. Great experience!
Excellent customer service from front desk taking us to our room to complimentary fruit and mooncake and rubber duck during our stay. High amenities, with large rooms, modern furnishings and fitout. Grand entrance with large stone curved staircase. Food can be better, although quite fresh. Price is competitive. Would recommend for couples, families or corporate travellers.
How can 5 star international hotels has a regulation that the AC can't be turned on before June 1st and the hotel staff suggest me to open the window ( I was stay at 49th floor and can open the window) ....it realy so funny🤣
