Truly when comes such another.....
We are a family of 4 with a 2 and a 4 year old. We were assigned a room with 2 single beds (1.15cm) for 2 weeks. When pressed they could offer nothing more suitable. The hotel offered no help moving our luggage to the room (5 suitcases, 3 cabin bags, 4 pieces of hand luggage). The room smells of smoke. The shower and tap are working poorly and the haidryer does not work. Hotel does not accept kwaidi deliveries to room. Cleanliness 2/5 - carpet filthy under the beds. Most hotels beat this one, some by a mile. Around 1 star by Europe/Americas standards.
