Jiva Beach Resort All Inclusive

Lovely hotel. Lovely grounds. Cannot fault the hotel in any way. Tayfun in main restaurant is superb! (As are all the other staff) quick and attentive clearing plates and asking if we need anything, always says hello and makes sure we are taken care of. Our second time here and hopefully will be back in the future. Always plenty of space around the slide pool (our favourite). Qr codes on the beach is a lovely addition to the hotel. Management should be proud of their staff.

We have stayed at Jiva Beach Resort 7 times now. We are never disappointed! The rooms are always spotless and have extremely comfortable beds, the service of all the staff is excellent (everyone is so welcoming and helpful) and the location of the resort is incredible. Being able to spend the day at the pool and then walk 30 seconds to the beach is ideal. The gym at the resort has all the latest equipment and the spa includes a sauna, steam room. Highly recommended the Jiva package. Thank you to all the staff members for making all of the times we’ve stayed here so relaxed and welcoming. I’d like to give a special mention to Cemil for always being extremely helpful :)

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the beautiful surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday. Despite the payment issues, the staff showed incredible kindness, understanding, and professionalism — the cake, the decorations, and the atmosphere in the room were absolutely wonderful! This kind of guest care proves that there are passionate and warm-hearted people behind this place. I truly recommend this hotel — for their empathy, attention to detail, and outstanding service.
