As Americans here who frequent 5 star hotels our stay at Jiva Hill was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles by the reception, door staff, and restaurant team, to food and beverage director - everyone went above and beyond to ensure our experience was of the highest standard One moment that truly stood out was when we needed a sitter to go on a hike. Although they needed a bit more time to arrange one, the front reception staff kindly stepped in to help and they were amazing! Our 3.5-year-old daughter adored Amélie and kept asking for her afterward, saying she had such a great time. The outdoor kids’ area was also a major hit—our little one couldn’t get enough of it! As for the food: wow. Every dish we had at the restaurant was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We’re not the easiest to impress when it comes to dining, but Jiva Hill exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious, with a generously sized closet, blackout curtains, and incredibly comfortable beds—everything you’d want for a restful stay. This is a true five-star experience in every way. Needless to say, we’ll absolutely be back!

A little slice of heaven 🌿 Waking up to this view every morning has been pure bliss. The room, the serene terrace, and the peaceful greenery just outside made my stay unforgettable. Everything here invites calm and comfort, from the tasteful design to the little thoughtful touches throughout the space.
