Had a great stay, Abhinav at the reception was great in all aspects, the rooms were well maintained and all the additional requests were attended and was completed.
I had lunch from there..chicken biryani and chicken 65 and mont lime..it was decent and tasty.price is reasonable i had allthese around 12 so food was delivered very fast.parkong space available..they have meals noodles fried rice porotta in their menu.
Very bad experience from the reception night staff on 15/5/25. Poor customer service .The staff need to be more polite to the customer and need to maintain proper communication.The way he communicates and the body language shows it all. Please provide more training to him about how to handle a customer and how to talk appropriately.very upsetting incident.
