Service - Our stay at the JM Marvel was nothing short of pleasant. The staff there -- Dat, Ny, Hun, Trang, and Huu all were extremely polite and courteous. Special mention must be made to Ny who was incredible helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They also gifted us a set of tea - very sweet gesture. Rooms - The rooms were hygienic, clean, and plenty of water and other items were made available to us. Due to Storm Wipa the air conditioning was out of service, and the service to install fans in our room was extenely prompt, and they offered a full refund to all guests. The rooms are a little Gothic though. The restaurant buffet was extenely polite and service was top notch. Location - The hotel is well placed with walkable distance to plenty of shops and Lake Hoan Kiem. The view from the window was of the city. Overall had an extremely pleasant stay, highlight being the service we recieved
We spent one night each at the sister hotels GM Premium and JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi. Both are located close to each other and impress with their very friendly staff and cozy and luxurious amenities. Ms. Lee Khuyen took great care of us from the moment we checked in. Since we didn't leave until late in the afternoon, we were allowed to leave our luggage there and take another shower and use the pool before our flight. The room upgrade was an additional surprise. The breakfast buffets are great, and I can highly recommend the evening cocktails at the rooftop bar. Everything is within easy walking distance, whether it's Train Street, the water puppet theater, or the old town. We would book here again anytime.
From FL USA. Room is very up to date! Super friendly staff! Amazing! Clean. AC IS PUMPING! SUPER IMPORTANT FOR ME. Hot shower, shower pressure IS SO GOOD. toilet flushes good. Trendy decor inside. Smaller room but it’s worth it! I think most hotels are same size for basic room. Great location! Laundry service spot across the street! Money exchange around the corner. Super satisfied!
