JM Suites Hotel Eco Friendly Casablanca

From the very first second, I loved the energy here. The staff is incredibly welcoming and sweet, always going above and beyond to help with anything you need—whether it’s calling a taxi, arranging a hairdresser, or providing laundry service that makes your clothes look brand new! Every day, the deep cleaning service leaves everything spotless. The gym may be small, but it’s perfect for a daily workout. And the spa? Absolutely amazing—you’ll leave feeling like a brand-new person. The food is fantastic, with the added bonus of being able to order from James’ rooftop bar for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended! This place truly knows how to make your stay special.

Really great hotel: super clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Since I am very picky with hotels and cleanliness, I could definitely say this hotel meets my expectations. I can recommended! The only reason why I didn’t add the one more star is because the breakfast was not included in the price as at the others where we stayed in Morocco.

Very disappointed with my stay at JM Suites Hotel in Casablanca. The price does not reflect the quality of the service at all. The room was far from comfortable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay quite unpleasant. Even worse, I found cockroaches in the shower and there was a constant sewage smell coming from the toilet, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The service at the rooftop was also terrible. Because there were groups present, I was completely ignored by the staff. The space itself is very cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It does not deserve its rating or its prices.
