This property is truly in a league of its own, far surpassing any typical hotel experience. From the outside, it may resemble a standard apartment complex, but once you step inside, the level of luxury and craftsmanship is immediately evident. We had the pleasure of staying in the Regal Suite, and every detail was meticulously curated with high-end finishes. From the premium kitchenware to the plush bedding, stylish living area, elegant curtains, and even the decorative ceilings, it was clear that no expense was spared. The attention to detail was astonishing, and we truly felt like royalty during our stay. Without a doubt, we would love to return.
I am so happy for chosing this location. Everything was very nice - the appartment, the atmosphere, the bedsheets, the service, the user friendly devices.They have very nice personnel, ready to help on any issue. The bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Will return for sure
The room had cockroaches, and on the first night there was a loud party in another apartment. In the 3 nights my gf and I spent there we killed at least 20 small to medium cockroaches, they were everywhere all the time. What's worse, when we notified them about it they said they knew (they had brought in pest control but it didn't work), so they still rented the room knowing it was infested. They offered to move us to a different room, but we didn't accept because of the second problem, which was that there was a loud party in another apartment on the first night. Our room was on the ground floor, and if they moved us higher we would have been closer to the noise, and we didn't want to risk finding out if there were going to be other parties in the next nights. The music kept pounding until 3 AM, when they used fireworks for the grand finale. If it wasn't for these two big issues, it would have been great. The room was designed well, the furnishings were good quality, everything worked as expected, it was pleasantly warm and our contact was polite and helpful. But because of the issues, the experience was stressful and unpleasant on the whole.
