Spent two nights in this lovely small spa hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay. The room we had was spacious enough and cosy and quiet. No AC but leaving the window open helped cool the room down on the hottest night of the trip. On really warm summer days it might be a issue however. The breakfast was nice, enough different variations to have a different breakfast each morning. All in all the restaurant makes good food, as we had dinner on the first night and the menu was tasty and price was in our opinion great for the quality of the food. The spa space was nice, especially liked the outdoor pool. The cold plunge for me was unfortunately useless because the "ladder" was so skinny my legs hurt trying to use it. This of course is a personal issue, but would suggest upgrading to better ladder. Another suggestion would be to have some K18 time in the evening as the spa is quite small and there where kids until 10 pm even. Really love that families can enjoy the spa as well, but it would be useful for couples to have some romantic calm time as well.

When booking the hotel, it seemed modern and newly built, so it didn’t even cross my mind to check whether the rooms had air conditioning. I had never encountered a newly built hotel without it. Although it wasn’t hot outside during our stay, the rooms felt stuffy and lacked fresh air. I can’t imagine what it would be like on hot days — I wouldn’t have been able to endure even one night.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the issues that have clearly been around for years are still there. Our room had a window facing directly into the parking lot, so instead of a view, we had the pleasure of staring at a Lexus every day. If you open the window to get some air (since the room is unbearably hot), you wake up to the sound of car engines. Basically, you choose between suffocating or listening to the street noise. The room itself was dark, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny-though at least it was clean. That’s a plus, especially considering many other guests have mentioned cleanliness issues in their reviews. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was actually quite decent. However, the name of the hotel includes the word “spa” and that’s just misleading. No separate towels are provided for visiting the spa area. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend the owner remove the word “spa” from the hotel name, because clearly there’s no understanding of how a proper spa hotel should operate. The “spa” area was laughable: two saunas in a common zone and one more squeezed into a changing room. All of them were tiny, looked very old, and didn’t feel clean at all. To sum up: after two nights, I strongly advise staying away from this hotel and saving your money. Honestly, a tent would offer a more pleasant experience. To be fair, there were a few positives: Good breakfast (if you don’t mind standing in line for a single coffee machine, because apparently one is enough for everyone). Staff was friendly, though not really helpful. There was water available—both hot and cold. But overall, the experience was disappointing, especially for a place that markets itself as a spa hotel.
