JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar Adults Only All Inclusive

Had a beautiful week weather was perfect.starting with dinner we had a great waiter Samuel made a great start to our Vaction and he kept it perfect all week. The food at the restaurant was perfect always good. We had a room with a butler. His name was Jose and he was fabulous. Anything we asked for he was right there and given it the best . Houston was our second butler who filled in when Jose was out and he was just as good anything we wanted it was right there. I gave housekeeping a four because they should learn a little bit more. They didn’t do excellent but they did OK at the end. Everything turned out perfectly and it was really a great vacation.

Our family received exceptional service during our stay! The resort is top notch! The customer service is amazing and we plan to return again. Our butler, Edward went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed every single day! He sent us a daily schedule of events and even made us reservations to the Hibachi restaurant. All of the waitstaff and concierges were gracious and welcoming! Carlos, our waiter at many of the restaurants was such a joy and even went out of his way to talk with our family each time we saw him!

I had the pleasure of staying in the Property for 3 nights. This is the best food for an all inclusive I have ever experienced. I know it's not possible to have everything but Joia cane close. I upgraded my room for butler service and Houston and Jose were excellent and exceeded all expectations. I would recommend this adults only property over and over again! I was here with my best friend for her birthday. We booked this trip only 1 week ahead!
