JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar Adults Only All Inclusive

This place was amazing! Our first time at an all-inclusive and it didn’t disappoint. The grounds are clean and beautiful. The beach is quiet and the staff stop by regularly. Our room was immaculate (get the ocean balcony one). Food was great. The staff are amazing. Adrian was incredible, helped us however we needed and was so kind. Thomas and Fatima were so helpful at the desk. Cesar was the best bellman. Montserrat made the Star Cafe so fun. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

This was the most grand and amazing resort I have ever been to. The service from the moment you pull up to the moment you leave they took out the red carpet for everything! We loved everything about the place. Our Butler Benito was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed made sure we were enjoying ourselves every time we saw him. The food was so delicious and the servers were all wonderful. The hostesses would seat you and pull your chair out for you and lie your napkin in your lap for the ladies. All the servers would respond in the most polite manner with “my pleasure”. The entertainment at the pool was super fun and entertaining! The bartenders made any drink you could ever think of and they were all delicious! The resort was so clean and smelled AMAZING. There was literally never a speck of dirt or dust anywhere and there were people cleaning constantly everywhere you looked. We want to go back so bad. It’s definitely hard to leave such luxury! I could go on and on and on…..

I had such a wonderful stay! Fernanda was absolutely amazing warm, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She truly made us feel at home and her jokes are amazing! Loved her energy. Every other employee we encountered was just as kind and professional from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The entire team made our experience seamless and relaxing. You can tell they all genuinely care about their guests. Thank you, Fernanda and the whole staff, for making our stay so memorable!
