JOIVY Together Urban Resort

A Peaceful Retreat Just Outside Florence: We had a really nice stay at this hotel, which has just been taken over by a new company and completely rebranded. It’s been recently refurbished and looks great — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just 5 km from Florence, and there’s a shuttle that makes it super easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, has a lovely pool, and is very peaceful — a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Our room was spacious and quiet, with everything we needed. The bar was well stocked, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a great spot if you’re looking for a relaxing base near Florence!

I had a pleasant stay at Together Florence. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a nice way to start the day. Great value for the price. Would recommend for a short and long stay.

Good staff, responsive to questions and assisting us from the front desk. However, we put the do not disturb sign on the door when we started our day, we went out for lunch and came back. Later on in the evening we noticed we had no towels in the bathroom where we left them. Housekeeping staff came in without authorization, I'm glad I locked up my wallet before we left the room. That is not cool at all, we know they came in as they refilled the water container in the room. Be careful if you are staying here as they obviously don't care if you have the do not disturb on the door.
