Hotel is under Renovation for next 4 months so a bit noisy on the lower floors. Rooms are in need of maintenance as the property seems to be old. Interconnected rooms are best suited for families. Breakfast options are limited for vegetarians or Indian food lovers. Indian Restaurant at the Ground floor is good. Location of the hotel is very good, beach in front and all attractions nearby. No problems in getting transportation. Overall value for money.

Adequate for our short stay. Rooms clean, bathrooms are dated and need replacing. Great location opposite the beach. Very good pool, with good food. Didn't get breakfast here so can't comment. Easy check in with friendly staff. B1000 for late check out was a bonus as we had a late flight.

For the price, one simply can't and shouldn't expect too much. It's solid, but definitely outdated. Unfortunately for me, the hotel was fully booked over the weekend with a large Indian tour group – and the overall level dropped accordingly. Dirty and noisy. They even had a pool party with group groping of Thai dancers who had been hired for the event. Tasteless. Disgusting! And the hotel staff just stood there and watched... ridiculous. The front part of the hotel is under construction/renovation. The windows are neither soundproof nor insulated in any other way. The wind blows through all the cracks. As a result, it's not even quiet at 3 a.m. in the room. To mention something positive: my air conditioning had a leak. Water was dripping from the ceiling. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes. I don't even want to imagine what the lower floors look like, considering there were ants in my room on the 5th floor 😅 The pool was unattended – no drinks or food available. You can bring your own stuff, though. If only the other hotel guests would clean up their trash instead of leaving it lying around – again, back to the level of the hotel guests. Cleaning happens daily at 7 p.m. when the pool closes. There is a fitness room. One treadmill didn’t work, and the gym has probably never been properly cleaned. Again, guests come in with flip-flops, sandals, or even barefoot. Apparently, hygiene is banned in some countries. This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Far from it. For me, it was a one-time experience and a real eye-opener regarding Indian culture. No thanks!
