We had a great stay. Newly renovated room. Recommend the balcony with sea view which gets nice sea breeze. Pool is in a good size, not too big, not too small. Suitable for kid age 3-6. Would love to come back again. Only feedback for improvement is they provide only 1 key card per room and when we ask for additional key card, the receptionist informed that they ran out of it which is baffled us. The hotel is really good and has done so much to make sure the guest has a nice stay. What a pity that they make this so inconvenient for the guest.

We ordered a Sandwich for Our child... After 30 Minutes they brought us the wrong Sandwich. I told them we want the one that we ordered please. After 10minutes someone Came and per Google translate told us they are too Busy for Our order we should get Our Money back. By the time there was no Other people there. Our child was really hungry and disappointed. Absolutely inappropriate. Never experienced such behavoiur ever before.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the way our recent booking was handled by your hotel. We had planned a special family trip and made a confirmed reservation for four rooms: two Family Rooms booked directly through your Facebook admin with full payment and confirmation, along with one Suite Corner Room and one Deluxe Room booked via Agoda. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that only the Suite Corner Room and one Family Room were available due to an internal mistake from your admin team. What was even more disappointing was the inappropriate and unprofessional response from the staff member who identified himself as the General Manager. Rather than offering sincere apologies or proactive solutions, he simply asked us, “What should I do now?” He proposed to replace the missing Family Room with two Deluxe Rooms, insisting that this was not a downgrade — a response that ignored the needs and expectations of our family. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine care in his approach. We booked the Family Rooms with specific intent: to provide our three children with the unique experience of bunk beds and to ensure our elderly parents had a more spacious and comfortable stay. Instead, we were left with only two rooms, far below what we had paid and prepared for. With no viable resolution or commitment from your staff, we had no choice but to cancel part of our stay and request a refund. Even then, there was no clear confirmation or timeline provided for the refund process. We have to drive and force your staff every single step until we have refund confirmation. While we acknowledge the effort put into your room renovations — which are indeed beautiful and more spacious for children — the service experience significantly overshadowed the quality of your facilities. We sincerely hope that no other family has to face a similar situation due to poor communication and customer care. We request that you formally acknowledge this complaint and review the service standards, particularly those upheld by your management team. Based on our experience, we regret to say that we cannot recommend your hotel as a reliable option for travelers visiting Jomtien.
