Amazing Stay at Jonox Hotel, Phuket! Everything about our stay at Jonox Hotel was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully done. The bathroom was spotless, with great water pressure and a modern look. Every detail was just right – we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket. Would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful experience staying Jonox hotel, Phuket. The staff was very friendly and kind. The services were the best. Rooms were spacious. Normally most of the hotels the tv dont work. But here we didn't have issue with that as well. Rooms were clean. The pool was the best. Lovely ambience. Located in a beautiful place.

Was going to hold off on a review because of the staff, but since my promised refund never happened, I decided to give a review. The hotel is a good location, but it really felt like we were staying in an office building. AC in my room didn't work and they fixed it and offered a fruit tray. No atmosphere at all. The pool is tiny and packed with guests. Literally no place to sit, not even a chair. All Russian guests who took over the hotel. Breakfast was very low quality and expensive. After one night, I requested to leave early because I walked over to the Best Western next door and saw how nice it was with 3 pools, and gardens and cheaper than what we were paying. Between booking .com and Jonox management, they understood my concerns and let me out of my reservation with a one night penalty and a promise in writing that my money would be refunded. my money was never refunded and I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charges. Staff were nice and really tried their best but it was obvious their hands were tied in many aspects. As a non Russian, I would advise not staying here. It is obvious this is the clientele they cater to as everything is in Thai, Russian, then English.
