I recently spent a few weeks at Joondalup Resort, and I can honestly say it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. Everyone I encountered—from the reception staff to the restaurant team—was kind, polite, and genuinely attentive. The resort itself is stunning, nestled among beautiful natural surroundings that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and felt like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the food—absolutely incredible! Every meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that made dining an experience in itself. Joondalup Resort offers more than just a place to stay; it’s a place where you feel cared for. I can’t recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The views are stunning, and if you're lucky, you’ll spot kangaroos grazing peacefully along the golf course—a truly Australian touch that adds to the charm. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities, making for a relaxing stay. The food is a standout, with quality dining available right on the premises. However, the room service hours could be extended to better match guest needs, especially for those who prefer late-night meals. The breakfast is simple, but it covers all the essentials and leaves you satisfied. It’s not over the top, but it gets the job done well. Verdict? With its beautiful setting, excellent food, and solid facilities, Joondalup Resort is a great pick for both leisure stays and quiet retreats.

We stayed in one of the king rooms, expecting luxury considering we paid a luxury price, but were very underwhelmed and disappointed with how dated the rooms were. Slight mouldy smell to the entire room. We also left a pair of expensive sunglasses that mysteriously never reappeared or weren’t found by housekeeping. Reception staff were really professional and helpful, breakfast service was good, and the location itself is impressive. If you’re looking for a luxury stay, go elsewhere to get better value for your money.
