I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was excellent and made my trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed — he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

When there was a mix-up with our booking, Muhammad handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. The rooms were dirty, whenever we asked the housekeeper to change the bed sheets all they would do is use the same one and flip it upside down, the pool on the roof is unusable, the room came with breakfast and on the very first day i ate it and got food poisoning and had to miss 2 days of my vacation just sitting in my hotel room vomiting and with the worst stomach pain i’ve ever had. never coming back
