JoSchi Sporthaus Hochkar

Sport House JoSchi is an excellent place. Johannes and his team do a great job. I was there with family and friends for a week, so I can tell you why it's worth coming here. The hotel has two types of rooms: Comfort and Superior. Both types are comfortable and cozy. The second one are a bit newer with an open bathroom and hard floors. Comfort rooms have carpet and a closed traditional bathroom with a bathtub. The rooms are warm and clean. They are cleaned daily. The hotel itself has its own ski rental, ski school, bar, restaurant, and sauna. Public parking is available in front of the hotel. The great advantage of JoSchi Sport House is its location 50 meters from the lifts. However, the treasure is the excellent and delicious cuisine. In the morning, you will eat a delicious and rich breakfast while drinking excellent Java coffee. During the day, around 4 p.m., cakes and coffee are available, and in the evening, you can use the excellent menu - appetizer, soup, 3 dishes to choose from, and dessert. Drinks are additionally payable. The food is excellent, varied and prepared with heart. Thank you for the warm welcome, great service, support and atmosphere. Hochkar itself is a great ski resort. We have 6 chairlifts and one T-bar lift at our disposal. The trails are more red than blue. However, children will also find something for themselves. The trails are well prepared and the gastronomic base is sufficient to accommodate guests. There is also a learning zone for children 200 m below hotel with two belts, one free and a longer paid one. JoSchi also offers a ski and snowboard school as well as rentals near the kids area. Best for Rene, Benzo and Bianka and the entire training team. The only downside of Hochkar is the lack of nightlife, on the other hand, it is a family place with its own atmosphere, which I personally liked very much. Will I come back to Hochkar and JoSchi Sport House? YES! I recommend it.

I would prefer to give 6 stars. Extremely friendly hospitable staff. All requests are fulfilled. The food is outstanding and extremely delicious. We will go back every year if possible.

everytime we ordered the soup, it takes like a half of hour. The waiters were unpleasant and there was so much kids that always scraem so loudly and annoingly. Every dinner was a fight for my own hearing.
