Josephine Old Town Square Hotel

We stayed here twice , once at the start of our cycle tour and again at the finish . Our first room overlooked the beautiful square and was very peaceful . Our second room was lovely but sadly suffered a little from being on the street side and was noisy until after 2.00 am . Despite this we had a lovely stay . . It was wonderful to have a bath after 21/2 weeks of cycling . Other great things were water in the room every day , complimentary tea and coffee and a bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival . The hotel also kindly stored our bike bags whilst we were gone for 21/2 weeks and also arranged airport taxis . Staff were all incredibly helpful. Daria , Natalia and Kyril on reception and all the breakfast team . Breakfast was one of the best we have had whilst touring Czechia and Germany . Location was excellent for exploring Prague .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with thoughtful touches like a coffee machine with free capsules and tea. One of the highlights was finding a cozy robe and slippers in the room—such a lovely detail that made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering classical dishes complemented by a wide variety of fresh fruits and baked goods. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, with everything just a short walk away. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Truly a fantastic place to stay—I would gladly return!

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and were generally satisfied. The room was clean and cosy, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, with cafes and parks nearby. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Suitable for a relaxing holiday or business trip.
