The stay was very good all in all. The room service was amazing, you don’t need to ask for cleaning, Mohammed Haroun was a great help. His cleaning was spotless! Very helpful and nice! Wish all hotels had someone like him! Will be coming again for sure!
For Family with Kids it is great way to have a peace of mind. Nice rooms , good housekeeping, a playful swimming pool, and very near from all Red Sea mall activities and actions for both adults and children. Moreover, all the staff are welcoming always smiling, special thanks for Joel (He is the best!) Special thanks for (Naeem) for all his services. Thanks a lot we feel like home.
The location is fine , except that at night regardless of the time getting to the hotel is quite difficult because of traffic. The service is not up to a 5 stars hotel , the check in time is at 4 PM which is late compared to other hotels. Plus we did not get our keys till 5 pm due to a malfunction in the hotel key system and they did not even bother to apologize. The rooms isolation is poor to the point that you can hear the traffic horns and humidity filled the room. It was an unpleasant stay , will not happen again for sure. finally the sea view is actually towards the parking lot of the mall.
