Such a lovely experience! The dinner, lunch, and brunch were all delicious. Additionally, the environment and ambiance are superb. The manager and employees are pleasant as well. In particular, Ms. Blanca is a kind and welcoming woman. My flight was delayed by one day, so I forgot about my bad day because of this experience. Excellent! Good job!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the great view from the window. The location is perfect — close to major attractions and restaurants, and metro station, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Excellent customer service – thank you, Ravi! Alyssa was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.
