Joy 124 Hotel Milano

I don’t know what all the others are saying and why. Yes, the system might be a bit bad as some people say the hotel “canceled their reservation” but I think the hotel was perfect. The sensor in the lights for the bathroom was also kind of annoying because it would stay on for a lot of time before closing. Besides this, the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was really good, the bed and pillows were perfect, the shower was the most modern shower I’ve ever seen and it was very modern and luxurious.

Value for money this was an excellent stay. Was hesitant given some of the other reviews but im sure these were just teething issues being a new hotel. The staff let us check in early and were extremely friendly/helpful. Only downside is the area isn't amazing nor very close to public transport. There is however some amazing restaurants close by!

This place is amazing! We stayed for four nights, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We were initially hesitant about booking, as some earlier reviews mentioned last-minute cancellations and the hotel not being finished. But from the moment we arrived, we were impressed! The place is stylish and modern—everything is brand new. When we got to our room, we were absolutely blown away. Any issues we had were resolved immediately, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Most of them spoke fluent English, which made everything even easier. The shower was my favorite part—pure luxury! The location is perfect: just a short walk from the airport shuttle stop and not too far from the city center. We used Lime bikes and scooters to get around, which saved us a fortune on taxis. There’s even a bike stand right outside—so convenient! Honestly, I can’t thank this place enough for making our trip to Milan extra special!
