Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila Managed by AccorHotels

Our family of three, including our nine-year-old son, had a fantastic stay at Joy Nostalg. A major highlight for our son was the wonderful indoor heated pool, providing endless entertainment. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which boasted a stunning view and a delicious, varied food selection. The combination of excellent amenities and dining made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location was a significant advantage, allowing us to easily walk to major shopping centers like Podium Mall, SM Megamall, and Shangri-La Plaza. This convenience saved us considerable time and effort in navigating the city. While parking was readily available and prioritized for staying guests, it's important to note that parking for visiting guests in the surrounding area is reportedly difficult and costly. Despite the parking situation for visitors, our experience as staying guests was overwhelmingly positive. The comfortable accommodations, coupled with the excellent pool, restaurant, and unbeatable location, made for a memorable family trip. We would highly recommend Joy Nostalg and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

We love how spacious the room is, and how it's basically a condo with kitchen/dining/living space. Staffs were also very pleasant & accommodating (gave us a tour of the amenities, super easy check in/out process, etc) One thing that could be improved is on the breakfast/restaurant aspect. While food was really good, we noticed that food stopped getting refilled at about 9:30AM when guests can still enter until 10AM. The restaurant also felt a bit cramped & chaotic when we were dining - tables were all full, some guests were standing on the side, also overheard a guest say that someone else was seated on their table when they haven't even finished their breakfast yet.

I had a wonderful stay at Joy, thanks in large part to OJ, who went above and beyond to take care of me—including arranging a whiteboard in my room for a brainstorming session with my colleagues. His thoughtful touch made all the difference and I will definitely be returning! While the main breakfast/dining room service staff could have been a bit more attentive, the overall experience was good. The complimentary upgrade as a platinum member was a delightful surprise, and the suite was impressively spacious and comfortable. But the real highlight? The gym—it turned out to be an almost fully equipped fitness haven! In fact, the photos on the website and Google don’t do it justice—it’s far better in person.
