I had a wonderful staff at the hotel. It felt more like home, which was very relaxing. Overall, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs in a timely manner.

I came for plastic surgery from Texas. Clean rooms and good location, firm bed, fairly quiet. I was traveling alone as female and felt very safe, there is a police kiosk right across alley from hotel entrance. Good coffee/food/ grocery/pharmacy within walking distance. You can also order food with free delivery through front desk. This place is good if you are staying in Turkey more than a few days. The staff is amazing, especially Barbaros! They have laundry service and they will call you a taxi and help prevent you getting scammed. They also have trips and tours you can schedule from front desk. I always needed things and they always helped me and seemed happy to help as well. I was very comfortable here. Great people and great hotel. 🙂🙂🙂

This is my third time here ! Very close to Bus station, and the room is very clean and spacious. They speak fluent english at the reception which is a huge plus.
