Joya Shanghai Xujiahui Hotel

- location is closed to a business center, office building, park, supermarkets, restaurant&cafe, and metro in a walking distance. And it's 20-30 mins by car to Hongqiao rail way station and airport. - The hotel vibe is really good. It's quiet and relax hotel. There is a good tea and snack prepared for guess at the lobby - Staffs cannot speak English but helpful and service mind. We can communicate through the translator on mobile. Communication is not a problem - Breakfast is quality and variety which some menu could be changed daily but some is fixed - I stayed here for twice for my business trip in Shanghai these 2 years. This hotel is still my choice for next visit

Mr. Liu at the front desk was so generously helpful in making a reservation at a restaurant whose listed number was wrong. It was such a genuine act of kindness to arrange a taxi and serve us with welcome drinks and to give us uplifting hospitality! This is be far my best hotel!!!

Joya Hotel Xujiahui is at excellent location. The room is spacious and clean with beautiful decoration. The staff provide great services and very accommodating. I would come back and stay again and highly recommend people visiting Shanghai to stay at Joya hotel.
