As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that Joyfultel is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. While it's not officially listed as a 5-star hotel, the level of personalized service far exceeds that of many well-known international brands. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel not just welcome, but at home. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests is what sets Joyfultel apart, making it an unforgettable experience. I had the pleasure of staying at Joyfultel for two weeks, and it truly made me feel like a local. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from a wide range of restaurants and convenience stores, so I always had what I needed right at my doorstep. One of my favorite discoveries was a nearby breakfast shop, open from 5:30 PM to 11:30 AM. I was able to indulge in a traditional Taiwanese breakfast, even at 3 AM, when jet lag hit hard. The room itself was exactly as pictured on the website—spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful wooden floors. I loved that there was a 24/7 lounge on the first floor with complimentary coffee, tea, and a variety of snacks. It was a nice touch, and the best part was that you didn’t need any special status to enjoy it—everyone is welcome to relax and take advantage of the amenities. The basement offered even more for guests—there’s a fitness center, pool table, table tennis, foosball, and even a Nintendo Switch And I can't forget to mention the free washers and dryers—a huge plus when traveling with families. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this local gem. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and authentic local experience.

My partner and I stayed there for two weeks in December 2024 and we were satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We were staying there after a longer overnight flight in order to adjust for time zone and I also worked there remotely for two weeks. They also have amenities such as Gym, common free time area and laundry.

Joyfultel Hotel is truly a gem nestled in the Gui Shan District of Tao Yuan City in Taiwan. It is located a block off a main street, Wenhua 3rd Road, in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, with refrigerator and a separate seating area with sofa and coffee table. Moreover, the hotel staffs are extremely friendly. All in all, a wonderful weeklong vacation experience at Joyfultel.
