Everything from the moment my car arrived was wonderful here. Sylvia and the team went out of their way to help me. I of course was a bit of a “panda” in Xiamen and Sylvia made sure to give me her WeChat and was available to answer any questions. I was here to run the marathon and the the Joyze Hotel arrange an early breakfast for the runners, a coach to the start and on arriving back they had flowers and tea and a very warm greeting. It was beyond expectations!
Love this place! Great service, rooms are heavenly, and location can't be best since it's close to all the major attractions and amenities. Would definitely rebook here when I come back to Xiamen
Closer to beach (5~10 min walk), and Zeng-cuo-an（曾厝垵, 20 min）. Other than that, the hotel was under poor management. Weird smell (like oil paint) in room taking a whole night to recycle, and smoke in hallway even if it was marked as non-smoking area. Calling for service could be longer than expected or not showing up at all.
