JPark Island Resort & Waterpark

The food and service at the hotel are excellent, making it an ideal destination for families with children. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, pool, Pororo, and the variety of amenities available. It was a perfect getaway for family bonding. The rooms are spacious, offering a beautiful view.

Very spacious. Food is good - better than most resorts. I’m just confused as to why they have rooms at the third floor that have windows but the view is the next building’s roof. Better come here during weekdays.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Resort We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. It is absolutely not a 5-star resort by any reasonable standard. The rooms are old and outdated, lacking the comfort and quality you'd expect at this level. The main pools and beach area were constantly overcrowded, and finding a seat was impossible due to the overwhelming number of day pass guests. It felt more like a public beach than a private resort. In an effort to salvage our stay, we upgraded to a villa with a private pool. While it offered a bit more peace and quiet, the in-room amenities were extremely underwhelming. The toiletries were cheap and watered-down, and the hairdryer was barely functional – more of a toy than a real appliance, completely useless for long hair. To add to the frustration, many of the glowing reviews we read beforehand now seem highly questionable. The volume of overly positive, generic feedback gives the impression that much of it may be paid for or incentivized. It certainly didn’t reflect the reality we experienced. Overall, this stay was far below expectations, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true 5-star experience.
