JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata Central

Fantastic location and very clean, even with active renovations. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Daily service was nice. We came back one night and our taxi driver had mistakenly charged us a fraction of our fare, having not put in the right number on the credit card machine. I went to the front desk and spoke with Hiroto, who was very professional. I explained the situation and he called the taxi company. Our driver returned within 10 minutes and I was able to pay him the full fare. Excellent customer service, nothing but good things to say about our stay. The employees made us feel like family, warmly greeting us each time we came and went. I would highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Hakata for their incredible kindness. I lost my wallet, and it had everything in it—cash, credit cards, and my room key—and to make matters worse, I had no clue where I'd lost it. When I returned to the hotel that evening, feeling totally helpless, the front desk staff told me the amazing news that my wallet had already been found at a nearby restaurant! But what truly amazed me was what they did next. Sensing that I might struggle with the language barrier, a staff member personally walked me all the way to the shopping mall's security office to help me get it back. This level of care goes so far beyond standard hotel service; it was genuine human kindness. They turned a potential disaster into a truly heartwarming memory. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This hotel is now at the very top of my must-stay list for our next visit. I'm so grateful for your incredible hospitality and help.

Stayed a night in this hotel. Location of hotel is good as it’s very near to Hakata train station. There are a few convenient stores and 2 drug stores just below the hotel. The only down part was the hotel wifi is weak. Other than that, we are happy with our stay.
