Personal is the best here. So kind and full of willingness. Hotel is very clean, has beautiful gardens with a great pool. There is a possibility to borrow a bike. Free parking is for 10 cars, the rest is for a fee. Lobby is very atypical but very cool. Everyone who is fan of a different kinds of art would love it here. Great price/service ratio.

I’ve booked 2 rooms for my wife and our two kids… Staff tries their best to support customers with the available possibilities. Rooms are renovated at some point but doesn’t make it up to a 4 star standard. I’ve been at many places in Italy, Europe and world wide. But this hotel doesn’t deserve to have 4 stars. Best off you’re with 2 stars here, and let them work towards a 3rd. Poorly equipped rooms with minimalistic basics are a disgrace. Rooms are partly clean, with remaining sand/dirt and probably other previous room guests belongings. Air conditioning doesn’t work, remember to keep all doors / windows closed, then it will run and makes strange noises to get you off bed, but won’t cool you off. Minibar fridge is filled, but won’t cool the containing drinks and just makes noise. Rooms are without glasses for your drinks. No complimentary bottled water is provided by the hotel. Pool urgently requires cleaning to remove the stains along the water level area and the water itself. There’s no towel service at the pool. Shower at the pool didn’t work either (no water). If you drive any SUV or station wagon, you won’t be able to park inside their parking, which is available for additional € 30.-/day. Maybe you’re lucky and get a spot in front of the hotel (+€15,-/day). If not, find a spot along the street side. Bikes are available for rental +€14.- / persons & day. Good thing is, hotel is in walking distance to the beach. And for the final, the breakfast; A wide variety of breads, Cereals, fruits and more. But not at 4-Star level quality. Enjoy your stay….

Shocking experience. Our dog and I were attacked by another guests dog on the premises. Nobody spontaneously came to our help. The owners of the animal were rude and aggressive, only the other guests tried to intervene when they violently affronted us. No hotel staff in sight. When we asked for details on whether the animal was vaccinated so we could take the necessary medical steps no feedback or help. Service is key in this industry and it was surprising to see how poor the service was. The rooms are accommodated averagely. Tiny bathrooms that need an update. Exteriors are average. The only resemblance to 4 star standards is the entrance .
