JRW Welmond Hotel & Casino Batumi

I enjoyed my stay overall, the staff were kind, the breakfast was good with a nice view, the rooms are spacious and the sea view is great, but the bed was not really comfy, I’m not sure if it’s affiliated of any kind with Israel but they have their flag in the front

Location is excellent as everything is nearby... beach is nearby, local market is very close , it's located right on the sea line....take a sea view room as that's the main attraction... Rooms are of good size, service is quick... They provide limited water bottles per day which is a bit of piss off specially when you are paying a very hefty amount...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, the hotel rooms are good, the location is good,But the service is nothing. Staff's behaviour is rude. If you ask a question twice they speak rudely. They cannot even provide a socket for charging the mobile. Socket costs 2 bucks. But they demanded 8 which should not be done. We are tourists and not the local people who would be aware that one has to take a socket with them to go there. The remaining thing is casino. That I would not recommend anyone to go there. Even at the casino they did not give me water even after asking for a glass of water twice, leave the rest of it alone.I am not totally happy after staying at JRW Welmond Hotel in Batumi. Nor would I recommend anyone to stay there. This hotel does not need customers.One more thing, you will not get any Indian food in breakfast.
