JS Luwansa Hotel has a strategic location, just a short walk from Plaza Festival. The service is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. Although the pool doesn’t have a special area for kids, children can still enjoy swimming under supervision. Every week, there’s also a kids’ program, which is a nice touch for families. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes with great flavors. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Stayed here for just one night, but overall the service and facilities matched what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I stayed on the 9th floor — the room was clean, comfortable, and they also offer connecting rooms which is convenient for families. The staff were professional, and the check-in process was quick and easy. There are two parking options: outdoor parking near the lobby or indoor basement parking — both are conveniently close to the main road. The only downside from my stay was the dirty window glass in the room, which took away from what could’ve been a nice city view. It’s a small but noticeable detail that slightly lowered the experience
