JS Palma Plaza

Very lovely hotel from the start of our experience to the very end. The staff are super helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. Plus plenty of toiletries like soap, shampoo etc. We also had free drinks on our arrival which was a good touch. The restaurant downstairs serves some very tasty food and the staff also very attentive. The gym downstairs is small but has good, clean and up to date equipment. The other amenities are also good like the roof top pool, bar and seating areas. What was more of a surprise is that even after checkout the staff said we could use all the facilities like gym, sauna and showers without extra charge which is not usually heard of in other places. Even the taxi arranged by the hotel only cost €25 which was so handy to get my partner and myself to the airport. Uber is too expensive which was right and advised by the staff. Everything about this hotel is very good and deserves more than 4 stars as a hotel. It is around 20 minutes walk from popular areas but its location is good as the noise was low and we had a good sleep. One slight issue was the air conditioning but that’s minor. Would highly recommend and thanks to the staff. Would like to visit more JS hotels in the future

Loved it here. Came at Christmas and was good value. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms modern yet comfortable. Few more areas for Clothes but it was okay. Wanted to stay in October but prices have significantly gone up sadly. Try at Christmas again!

The JS Palma Plaza is a modern clean hotel in a good location a 10-15 minute walk from all of the great attractions Palma has to offer. The rooftop pool area and seating area below are fantastic and have a great atmosphere, and the restaurant on the ground floor offers great food served by polite friendly staff. There is also a spa pool steam room and modern gym area in the basement. However directly outside the hotel on the reception side there is a children's play area and to the left of the hotel two cafe bars that are used by the local resident's and both are extremely busy and noisy from mid-evening until the early hours of the morning, meaning a good night's sleep was impossible for us particularly as our room was on the first floor directly above reception.
