Great hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Stayed for 8 nights, the rooms and hotel in general were very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we asked if we could upgrade to a pool view room on arrival and since they had one available this was done no problem. We only had B&B so I can’t speak for the dinner selection but they breakfast was great with good variety. The pool area was also very clean and there was always loungers available - the pool bar is such a great feature also and the bar staff are fun and friendly. One thing that could possibly be improved on is the lack of activities/games etc at the pool during the day, however this may not be that kind of hotel. The location is also great, 2 minutes walk to the strip where there loads of bars, shops and restaurants available. About a 15 minute walk to the port which we did a couple of evenings but a taxi can also be got which takes 5 minutes and costs less than €10. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back 🏖️
Incredible service! The staff are so lovely and great (Deserve good tips!). Lovely drinks and good food with a mix of new and the same general fair. Buffet dinner with both food for adventurous and picky eaters. The drinks are to die for, especially the daiquiris! I would recommend the extra for the pool views as it is simply stunning with the mountain and alcudia canal in view, as well as the pool. The pool itself is lovely with a pool bar and shallow kids pool as well as a deep end for swimming. No competition for sun loungers! There are always loungers available till 10 am when breakfast ends as people do both the pool and explore the town. Sports on inside the bar and entertainment on at night but is good for those preferring less entertainment as only one act on at night while you have a cocktail. It's a bit lively in the surrounding area if that's for you, and if it's not then the triple glazing on your balcony works to silence it. Couldn't recommend more!
Stunning views. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable apartment and everything you need in surrounding area. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Very safe beach for kids on the doorstep . Highly recommend and I'll be sad to be leaving tomorrow 😢
