Js way Apartments and Executive Hotel

This place was amazing! I don't usually leave reviews but I had to shout out Francis. My friends and I came from Accra and ended up in the worst motel possible. I found Js Way Apartments, called, and the owner (Francis) immediately picked up and told us to come through. We had excellent service from the beginning to end, from hot water, great views, the quiet but walkable area and breakfast in bed. But the best part was that Francis took time out of his busy schedule to recommend some highlights of the area for us, and helped us resolve some challenges the minute we brought them up. Great, helpful staff, good vibes, comfortable bed, and really good food. This is 100% our go-stay now in Kumasi.

Amazing and very clean place. The decorations, fixtures, and appliances are homely. The owner has great customer service ethics. My family and I checked into one of the 2bedroom apartments and the experience was to die for. It is simply a home away from home.

I was there july 2023 . The location and facilities are worth the price. But the customer service was terrible . I am giving 2 stars for the facility and Clement . That guy went above and beyond to ensure I was alright amidst the unprofessionalism of his colleagues. I am going back to Ghana this February and I will be spending almost a month this time and I am contemplating if I should return or not . My sister says I shouldn’t but I like the location. I am searching for other options. Please work on your customer service thank you .
