This review is for front desk Rita and room 232 cleaning stuff. We received an email from Rita after we checked out, they found out a watch which is my husband left in the room didn’t notice when we left . We were really appreciate and impressed by their service. Will definitely come back.
Wonderful property. Easily 4.5 stars IMHO. However, I was not staying here long enough to be able to evaluate the service aspects.
Review for JSL Taipei Currently staying here, and it’s been quite disappointing. The walls are so thin I can hear conversations from next door, including a lady who kept singing. The toilet has a dingy smell, and there’s dust everywhere—feels like the room hasn’t been properly cleaned. We booked a more expensive room with an Onsen, hoping for relaxation, but it’s just not possible. Strangely, the cheaper rooms in this hotel have heated toilet seats and bidets, but our pricier room only has a basic toilet bowl. The rooms are also dark and give off a dingy vibe. Definitely not worth the price.
