Great value for money! Booked pool access rooms. It’s an older resort, but the pool access rooms have been renovated. Rooms are very clean, air conditioning works well and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. The hotel is set back from Jalan Legian, which suited us perfectly - the hotel is really quiet but you’re only 80 metres or so from the street. Legian beach is 10 minutes walk.

The pool access rooms are great. The breakfast which is at a restaurant next door is absolutely terrible. The motel gives you a copy of the set choices, but when you get there half are not available. Big breakfast doesn’t come with bacon and you can’t change the crappy sausage for bacon, you have to pay extra. All the coffee choices are horrible. A bit of advice get rid of the lettuce pile and allow a choice of bacon or sausage, it’s not that hard

We had a terrible experience at this hotel, upon check in we were overcharged by several hundred $ (AUD) this was no major issue. However instead of refunding the difference they voided the initial transaction. This again was not a major issue until they started hounding us to pay for the hotel again! This was without us having yet received the initial refund, to ensure that we were not kicked out of the hotel we then had to pay for our room again, this was not an insignificant amount of money. This meant that we had no money remaining for the rest of our trip. While all of this was going on the manager at the hotel we exceptionally unhelpful on several occasions she openly tried to brush off our complaints. At no point were we aggressive nor did we raise our voices however the manager completely disregarded us. We loved our time in Bali but our honeymoon was tarnished by this hotel. We will not be returning and we encourage other travellers to consider booking elsewhere.
