*** Mislead customers, lead you into a trap, and deliver incorrect goods *** ---------------------------------------- My wife and I booked the Beijing Judge's House Hotel for 15/6/2015 online on Expedia. We booked a standard room with a price of 328, prepaid rent, and did not include breakfast. At about 6 pm on 15/6, I and my wife arrived at the hotel lobby to check in. At that time, the receptionist reminded us that we had booked a room without a window and asked if we would mind. We were a little stunned at the time and asked if there were other rooms with windows to choose from. The staff only said that this price was only for a room without a window. We told the staff at that time that a windowless room was okay because there was air conditioning in the room, but the staff immediately said that the air conditioning was only available until 11 p.m. How is it possible to stay comfortably in a hotel with no windows and no air conditioning at night? But it can be called a 4-star hotel? Can it exist in the metropolis Beijing? Does it really surprise us? ? But this is true. In desperation, we expressed our wish to move to a room with a window. At this time, the staff said that there were only rooms available for more than 800 yuan. We were really angry at the time, feeling like we had entered a black shop and been deceived. We requested a refund, but the reply required direct negotiation with Expedia, and the hotel would not be responsible. In the end we decided to leave and find another hotel to stay. The Judge's House Hotel, located near Beijing Station, is a 4-star hotel with a convenient location. However, it uses the Internet to attract customers at low prices. Only when the guests arrive can they learn about the actual situation. We couldn't find the descriptions of "no windows" or "no air conditioning at night" on Expedia and many other online booking sites for this hotel. It's incredible. We have blacklisted this Beijing Judge's House Hotel and left a message here to warn travelers from all over the world and prevent the management methods of such bad hotels, so as not to lose the budget during the trip, make it tiring and disturb the enjoyment.
