**"The food and service were great! The hotel offers a full buffet dinner on Friday and Sunday. On the other days, the main course is chosen from a menu. This way, the food stays varied and enjoyable, even for a whole week. The staff really do their best to make you feel welcome, and everything tastes delicious. The location of the hotel is also perfect. There’s plenty to do in the area, with lifts nearby that take you straight into the mountains for beautiful hikes and views. There are also fun activities and day trips for children close by, which makes it an ideal spot for families."**

A lovely Hotel . The food was excellent . The Bar and restaurant staff were superb. Only downside is the reception staff. There is no warm greeting when you arrive . They are functional as opposed to friendly! The Hotel needs a manager available to help with issues. I asked to speak to one on 3 seperate occasions and i was always told the Manager was not there. Very odd. Anyway i would definitely go back and can recommend it to all.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. Somehow, other guests managed to charge their drinks to our room number, and the hotel expected us to pay for it. When we brought this to their attention, the staff was completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. Apparently, at this hotel, all you need to do is randomly mention a room number, and you can enjoy free drinks—at someone else’s expense! This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will definitely not be staying here again. Next time, I’ll book a room at the hotel next door, where they (hopefully) have better customer service. If you value fairness and professionalism, I suggest you do the same.
