They should have put more nicer and Luxury name on sign board. Worth much more than pay. Noce view, size of room and kind staffs. But dont expect anything from breakfast.
Very interesting location ... Oldest in Germany. And it is really big. But rooms are pretty small and design is not aligned with whole complex style.
Our stay in the old fortress was an experience: breathtaking scenery, an imposing castle and a great breakfast. But the beds were rock hard, the pillows cheap and the room tiny. One morning we were woken up at 8 a.m. by loud cleaning ladies shouting their lunch from room to room. Despite the open windows, the air was still and the lady at the reception was indifferently unfriendly. Still recommended for anyone who wants medieval charm with modern inconveniences.
