Jufa Hotel Wien City

We traveled with kids. Our room was super clean, spacious with everything we needed. There’s bar, cafe and breakfast room downstairs, staff and service is excellent, very helpful and friendly. Location is so-so, but communication to the center is very easy. Parking in the building garage was very convenient. We definitely will come back there. I recommend JUFA Wien City.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the metro station and a nearby store, which made it easy to get around and grab anything I needed. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh options every morning! The only downside was that the fridge in the room only works while you're inside, which was a bit inconvenient when we wanted to keep drinks or snacks cool while we were out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back

The staff was great but the room wasnt. The A/C set to max cold with all doors and windows closed left for a few hours and we were sweating in our room. Open the window and it was much cooler outside. Also lacked attention to detail with the rooms. One bed had a light that didn't work, cobwebs in the corners of the room, part of the toilet flush button didn't work, there were no screens in the window so all the bugs could get in, and one of the coffee cups were dirty when we got to the room.
