Juffair Gate Hotel

I stay for more than 2weeks in juffair gate hotel and really I’m very happy For the good service and everybody take care of me. And everyday they changing everything , manger and staff respect me a lot 🥰 and im very happy from this hotel 🩵 it’s special I want to say thank you to Ms. Hema and she is really nice person and really kind person,and she respect me a lot and care of me . She say to the staff and cleaning the room replacing tea,coffe,shampoo , water, lotion,towels, I say thank you very much for the all staff in the juffair gate hotel , I say to my family and friends everybody want to stay in Bahrain book the hotel because they very kind peoples , really extremely great full thank you very much for the staff of juffair gate hotel special I want to say thank you very much to MS. Hema and she is my beautiful love ❤️ and I love her so much

It's good but not great..location is fantastic and it has pubs within as well as restaurants. The bathroom didn't have a proper drainage in the room I stayed - hot flooded and stayed so. Stayed during the formula1 days . Free transport to the track was a 7 mins walk

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically a receptionist named Somayah. I politely asked for a short extension of just 15 to 30 minutes during checkout, but she refused in a very rude and unprofessional way. Her tone was cold and dismissive, which left a very negative impression at the end of my stay. Hospitality should be about kindness and flexibility, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the hotel management addresses this issue and improves their customer service standards.
