One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We had a rough day traveling the day before and the people and the place couldn’t have been any better at getting us back on track. The spa w steam room and hot tub/ the food / drinks/ rooftop pool. All top notch. But the employees even better. Shout out to Alice for being patient and accommodating to us and everyone else who did our laundry perfect and brought us food when we weren’t feeling great. STAY HERE Anyone coming to Manaus

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel in the centre of Manaus, right next to the Amazon Theatre. We were greeted with fresh Cupuaçu juice, the check in was flawless, kind and fast and the room impeccable. The breakfast was lovely and brought the local delicacies to our plate in the beautiful glass dome. All staff members were extremely friendly and spoke great english. Around the hotel is plenty to see and explore. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manaus and looking for a historical and modern gem of a stay.

This hotel was awesome! The air conditioning was so nice and cold. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had just come back from the Amazon and looked terrible but they treated us well regardless. They went above and beyond when we had to stay in the lobby for hours while waiting for a transfer. I would highly recommend this hotel!
