Nice enough room but adjacent to the smoking area, so pretty smelly! No way to control the furnace-like heat except by opening the window onto one of Astana's busiest streets - also not ideal when the outside temperature is -15. WiFi very poor. Others have said the breakfast was good. I can't agree. Lots available, but all of the 'hot' food was cold. All of the bread was stale. Coffee was poor.
I stayed there for six days，the room I stayed is very old fashioned type，that’s fine But the the service make me uncomfortable ，the cleaner directly break into the room by just knocking the door once，the breakfast is so so ，bad experience
Prices aren’t matching lack of the service and even the condition of the rooms .As guest you wouldn’t feel valuable here Rooms are old , same as furniture, towels in the bathroom were dirty, overall not the place you’d have paid £260 for 3 nights Will not recommend anyone who values their time and money
