We spent 18 nights at Al Naseem and still didn’t want to leave. The hotel is pure luxury, beautiful, comfortable, and full of heart. Special shoutout to Zsofia, who made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond for our kids with thoughtful gifts, a Lego birthday cake, balloons everything was perfect. She made every day feel magical. The Kids Club team was incredible too warm, fun, and truly caring. Our kids usually don’t enjoy daycares, but here, they never wanted to leave! And a big thank you to the Club Lounge dream team: Sala, Luki, Jacqueline, Kristina, and Sushi who welcomed us every day with such kindness, and your attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtfulness meant so much. Even on our last day, you packed snacks for the flight! Al Naseem isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. We fell in love with it and can’t wait to come back. You all made it feel like home.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the attention to detail that made my stay truly memorable. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the room, the quality of the amenities, and the attentions to details, all contributed to a wonderful experience.
The worst 5* hotel I've ever been to. The pool is dirty, and there are children swimming there, absolutely everything is paid for, the food is monotonous and bland. You definitely can't go there with children, the play area is poor and uninteresting, you can't make noise, you can't laugh. We were warned that drinks are paid when we checked in and were forced to pay 2 thousand dollars just for drinks. When you go to the main restaurant for breakfast, you will be forced to wait for a seat. Imagine being with hungry children who are crying and screaming, and you are told "Wait in the corridor for a free seat", it's unthinkable. In addition, there is nowhere to walk with a stroller, we had to lift the strollers manually, by the way, there are no entertainment shows either. Absolutely everything in the hotel is paid for. Not worth it. Horrible!
