A Pure Dream Come True – Every Single Time Where do I even begin? This hotel is a dream come true for our family. From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, everything is consistently perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, but it’s the staff that truly make it exceptional. From the butlers to the restaurant managers and chefs – every single person goes above and beyond to deliver world-class service. Our kids absolutely love it here – they’re always excited to return, and the hotel does an outstanding job making children feel welcome and entertained. We always stay for 3 weeks every summer, and every visit feels just as magical as the last. This year, we stayed in Dar Al Masyaf Villa 16, which was beautiful and incredibly well looked after. Even the housekeeping and security staff are amazing – so kind, respectful, and always willing to help with a smile. It truly feels like everyone here is dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. The only downside? It’s quite expensive during the winter months – otherwise, we’d be coming twice a year without question.

What can I say about Al Qasr — even though this hotel has been around for years, it’s still in perfect condition. From the moment you enter, the smell, the atmosphere — everything feels just right. This is our favorite hotel. We stay here two to three times a year, at least twice. One thing I really appreciate is that the manager is very helpful — sometimes we even get a free upgrade, which is always a nice surprise. Of course, when the hotel is fully booked, it’s not always possible, but still, we’re very happy overall. Honestly, every year I think about trying another hotel, but for the third year in a row, I just can’t do it. The service is excellent, the staff is amazing and always ready to help. This hotel spoils you so much that after staying here, you become very picky about every other hotel you visit. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing — I’ll let you decide.
