One of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had! The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, offering outstanding services that made our stay truly unforgettable. Our butler, Ibrahim from Villa 13, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His dedication and exceptional efforts made our visit even more special. He truly deserves a raise! Overall experience in Dar Al Masyaf was 10/10

My family and friends ( 5 families in total) had an amazing 2-night stay at Dar Al Masyaf and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property is absolutely stunning, peaceful, luxurious, and full of charm.😍 A special shoutout to our butler Norlan, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive to every detail. From assisting with our requests to checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable, Norlan went above and beyond. He’s truly one of the best! We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Dar Al Masyaf to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Dubai.

We know this hotel from before and had a great experience last time, which makes it even sadder to write the following. Please note this is only our personal experience. We booked a large beach-front suite, with direct beach access being the main reason for choosing this category. Arrival and reception were wonderful – very professional and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless. At first, everything seemed perfect. However, looking out from the balcony, we were shocked to see that the entire beach in front of our villa was closed, with construction going on. This was not mentioned anywhere during booking. For us, the main feature we booked and paid for simply did not exist. After raising this with the hotel, the answer was only an apology and the information that there were no alternatives available. We were left with no choice but to check out. The manager’s handling of the situation felt far below what we would expect from a Jumeirah-level hotel. We did not feel that our concerns were truly understood or taken seriously. We booked this specific category for a very special reason, and in the end, we got nothing of what was promised. The disappointment was huge.
